Facility Use Requests
The following Elk Grove High School facilities may be reserved for public use including gyms, cafeteria, theatre, and sports fields. There are facility use fees and custodial fees required by district policy.
For non-sports related use contact the school facilities coordinator Rosie Marchman via email or call (916) 686-7741 for availability. Click here for district instructions, fee schedule, and application.
For sports related facility use click here. The district process for sports related activities must be strictly followed.
Currently offices will be closed beginning July 4 and reopening on Monday, July 11 and no requests for transcripts will be processed. Beginning Monday, July 11 the below instructions will once again be applicable.
There are four methods for Elk Grove High School alumni to request copies of official transcripts: walk-in, fax, scan to email or mail. Transcript requests must be submitted by the alumni ONLY! Requirements for processing requests are as follows:
Walk-in ~ Visit the school's Registrar's office during normal business hours (call 686-7741 for summer hours), complete the request form, show ID, and pay the $5 fee. We accept cash, cashier's check, money orders, and credit card - no personal checks. There is a 24 hour processing time, however with time permitting most requests are processed at the time of request.
Fax, Mail, Scan to email ~ Visit the EGHS Webstore for these methods. Go to www.eghswebstore.net, create an account, select Alumni Transcripts, click on DOWNLOAD, complete request form, and print then complete payment transaction. Be sure to sign the request form! Use your preferred method to submit your request to the Registrar. Make sure you send the signed request form and a legible copy of your driver's license. The request will be processed within 24 business hours from time request is received.
